Help renewing items and placing holds

How to renew your items

Click on the TracPac button under the Quick Links menu on the left side of this page. Once the PLS catalogue loads follow these steps:

  1. Select MY ACCOUNT from the tabs on the upper right hand side of the screen. It will ask you for you for your barcode number from your library card. If entered correctly, you should see your name and address appear on the screen.
  2. Next, choose Items Out from the left-hand menu to see the list of items you have currently checked out.
  3. Click on the title(s) of the book(s) you wish to renew (use the CTRL key to select more than one book) and click on the Renew button. If successful, you will see message saying "All the items you have selected have been successfully renewed".

You may also call, visit or email us to manually renew your books for you.

Note: Items may be renewed up to two times, however if there are holds on the item you will not be allowed to renew it.

We hope using the Online Catalogue will improve our service and help you find the items you need. If you have any questions about this service or anything else about the library, please contact us.
