Festival of Trees

If you are like us, then you too have been missing the annual Festival of Trees in Peace River.  We've decided to bring back a version of this event as a fundraiser for the Peace River Municipal Library and Art Gallery.

We welcome the donation of decorated trees (there is also a non-tree category).  The trees will be judged  in four catagories: 

• Most Beautiful Tree
• Best Themed Tree
• Best Youth Tree
• Best Non-Tree Entry

Winners get bragging rights!  All entries will be on display from November 21st to 25th and available for silent auction.  Winners will be notified following the final event and items will be made available to be picke up the following week.

Schedule of Events:

General Viewing and Bidding - November 21 to 25 during open hours.

Community Bedtime Story - November 22nd at 7pm.

Christmas Sing-Along - November 23 at 6:30pm.

Seniors' Tea - November 24 from 10:30am to noon.

Teddy Bear Tea - November 25 from 10:30am to noon.

Taste n' Trees (ticketed event) - November 25 at 7pm
