Free fitness & nutrition program for women on Wednesdays from January 24th to May 1st.
A 15-week wholistic wellness program with Indigenous cultural and spiritual foundations.
We have a variety of physical activity and fitness classes, followed with health education and a sharing circle. If you are unable to mak it in person, we offer a virtual program.
